Classic Games
Classic games, consisting of memorable matchups or events, are selected by MLB.com. The games can be streamed in the application, or purchased from Apple iTunes. To access classic games, tap on the ’MLB.com’ icon in the upper left, tap on the ’Videos’ section and tap on the ’Classics’ section. Tapping on the ’filter’ icon will allow you to sort games by categories, the ’i’ icon will display a blurb about the game, and the ’action’ icon will allow you to purchase the game from Apple iTunes. This feature is available to At Bat paid subscribers.
MLB.TV Live and Archived Games
MLB.TV subscribers will be able to watch archives of past games within At Bat. To access MLB.TV content, tap on the ’TV’ icon in the upper right and tap on the desired game.
MLB.TV can be accessed from one mobile device and one desktop concurrently. Attempts to access MLB.TV on additional devices will be prevented. If you share your account information with other people, your account may be prevented from accessing MLB.TV. If you are worried that others are accessing your account, you should change your password under your account profile on your desktop. In rare cases, customers forget to log out of their accounts on one computer and try to log in on a separate device. Since sharing a single username and password is strictly prohibited and does not work, you will get an error message. If you receive such a message, please contact Customer Service.

If you have purchased a subscription to At Bat directly through the MLB.com website (not through At Bat in-app purchase from Apple iTunes), please review the information below. If you have completed your purchase through At Bat in-app purchase, please see the section ’Apple iTunes In-App Purchase and Cancellation Information.’
Purchasing a MLB.com Subscription
Subscriptions are purchased from and billed by MLB.com. These subscriptions are subject to the terms and conditions of MLB.com. All billing and refund inquiries must be directed to MLB.com.
The At Bat 15 Annual subscription is valid for the entire 2015 season (Spring Training through the Postseason) including offseason news and video. The purchase will auto-renew on or around February 21, 2016 at the prior year’s regular full yearly price.
The At Bat Premium Monthly subscription is valid for one month and will automatically renew each month at the current year’s regular full monthly price. Renewal will occur year-round until cancelled by the user.
For a limited time, At Bat subscriptions can be gifted for the holidays. At Bat gift subscriptions are valid from the date of redemption through the entire 2016 season (Spring Training through the Postseason) including offseason news and video. The At Bat gift subscription will not auto-renew for the 2017 season.
*Redeeming an At Bat 16 Annual Gift Subscription
*The recipient of a gift subscription will receive an e-mail based on a date defined by the sender.
*The recipient will click on the unique link provided in the e-mail to enter the activation flow.

The recipient will sign in with an existing MLB.com account or register for a new MLB.com account. After completing the process, the recipient will use the ’Subscriber Login’ option to enable At Bat features on their supported Apple and Android mobile devices. This button will be available during initial launch of At Bat, or when tapping on At Bat features such as Classic Games.
Note: In the event a gift is cancelled and a refund is provided, the gift recipient may not receive notification and will be unable to redeem or access the subscription.
Accessing your MLB.com At Bat Subscription on other Supported Devices
Subscribers who have made a purchase of At Bat through MLB.com will use the ’Subscriber Login’ button to enable At Bat paid subscription features on their supported Apple, Android, and Kindle Fire/Fire Phone mobile devices as well as personal computers.
Cancelling a MLB.com At Bat Subscription
Customers that have purchased At Bat directly from the MLB.com website and not through an appstore (Apple iTunes/Google Play) may cancel their At Bat subscription by contacting Customer Service at 866-800-1275 (US) / 512-434-1542 (International) or submitting an inquiry.

Refund Policy for MLB.com At Bat Purchases
MLB.com will honor a refund request for At Bat 15 Annual subscriptions made within 5 days of your first subscription purchase date within an MLB season. There is a limit of one refund per person on a given subscription purchase (e.g. At Bat 15) within any given MLB season.
At Bat Premium Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after purchase.
*Watching MLB.TV and Classic Games
Classic Games
Classic games, consisting of memorable matchups or events, are selected by MLB.com. The games can be streamed in the application, or purchased from Apple iTunes. To access classic games, tap on the ’MLB.com’ icon in the upper left, tap on the ’Videos’ section and tap on the ’Classics’ section. Tapping on the ’filter’ icon will allow you to sort games by categories, the ’i’ icon will display a blurb about the game, and the ’action’ icon will allow you to purchase the game from Apple iTunes. This feature is available to At Bat paid subscribers.
MLB.TV Live and Archived Games
MLB.TV subscribers will be able to watch archives of past games within At Bat. To access MLB.TV content, tap on the ’TV’ icon in the upper right and tap on the desired game.
MLB.TV can be accessed from one mobile device and one desktop concurrently. Attempts to access MLB.TV on additional devices will be prevented. If you share your account information with other people, your account may be prevented from accessing MLB.TV. If you are worried that others are accessing your account, you should change your password under your account profile on your desktop. In rare cases, customers forget to log out of their accounts on one computer and try to log in on a separate device. Since sharing a single username and password is strictly prohibited and does not work, you will get an error message. If you receive such a message, please contact Customer Service.

*Settings
At Bat ’Settings’ can be accessed by tapping on the ’..’ tab and then the ’Settings’ gear icon in the upper right.
MLB.com Account
*The MLB.com Account setting allows a user to log in with their MLB.com credentials.
*MLB.TV Premium subscribers and subscribers who have connected a purchase of At Bat to their MLB.com account will use this option to enable At Bat 14 features on their supported Apple devices.
*MLB.TV subscribers who made a purchase of At Bat 14 will use this option to enable MLB.TV features on their devices.
Push Notifications
*At Bat and At Bat 14 can deliver push notifications to your device during the season if enabled. See the ’Subscribing to Push Notifications’ section for additional information on subscribing and managing your push notifications.
Connect Purchase to MLB.com
*A major benefit of connecting your Apple iTunes purchase to an MLB.com account is being able to access the purchase across your compatible Apple, Android and Kindle Fire/Fire Phone mobile devices. You will also have access to Gameday Audio using your personal computer. Separate purchases are no longer required. Connecting a purchase to an MLB.com account also allows support to better assist you with inquiries and troubleshooting. You will have an opportunity to connect your purchase to an MLB.com account after making the purchase, or it can be completed at a later time. You can only connect an Apple iTunes purchase to one MLB.com account. If you connect the purchase to a second MLB.com account, the first account will lose all entitlements.
*Tap on ’Connect Purchase to MLB.com’ and log in with existing MLB.com credentials or register for a new account
Social Networks
*At Bat’s Facebook integration will allow you to post news and media to your account.
*Tap on ’Login’ next to Facebook

Screen Auto-Lock
*Setting to ’Off’ will prevent the screen from going dark while the application is open; this is useful when using Gameday or watching video.
Scores
*Scores can be hidden for live and archived games in many sections of At Bat to avoid spoilers. This option can also be configured to enable/disable by shaking the device.
